2. Get Your Code: Receive your unique custom booking code via email.
3. Share Your Code: Mention your booking code whenever you, your friends, or your family book their next party.
4. Enjoy the Reward: Once the group visits Paro, you’ll automatically receive 5% cashback based on the total spend of their booking.

Paro Ambassador Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The Paro Ambassador scheme is open to all individuals aged 18 and over. No purchase is necessary to join.
2. Referral Code Usage
   Ambassadors will receive a unique referral code that can be shared with friends, colleagues, or clients. This code must be quoted at the time of booking or entered into the booking notes online to be valid.
3. Cashback Reward
   Ambassadors will receive 5% cashback on the total net spend (excluding service charge and VAT) of each completed booking made using their referral code. Cashback is calculated on the final bill paid by the referred party.
4. Payout Process
   Cashback will be paid via bank transfer on a monthly basis. Ambassadors will be contacted to provide payment details once a successful referral has been completed. Minimum spend thresholds or group sizes may apply, at Paro’s discretion.
5. Self-Referrals
   Referral codes may not be used by the ambassador themselves. Any self-referrals or misuse of the scheme may result in the cancellation of the referral and removal from the program.
6. Abuse or Misuse
   Paro reserves the right to withhold or cancel cashback if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. This includes but is not limited to multiple bookings under the same name, or code misuse.
7. Changes to the Scheme
   Paro reserves the right to amend, pause or terminate the Ambassador program at any time without notice.
8. Data Protection
   Personal data submitted through this scheme will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your information with third parties.
9. Governing Law
   This scheme and its terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
