FAQs

Making a Booking

At Paro Covent Garden, we ALWAYS keep tables free for walk-ins. Sometimes there may be a queue, but we always strive to get you seated. You are always more than welcome to take a seat in our bar and enjoy some tipples while waiting for a table. In the event the bar is full, we will often ask clients to queue outside, but drinks are also provided outside.
For everyone’s convenience, we always accept reservations, which can be made via the “book now” section of our website.
On the Book Now section, you will find sections fitting to your experience. These include group bookings, pre-theatre meals, our seasonal bottomless brunch offerings, and time-oriented special offers.

Dietary Requests and Allergies (e.g., halal)

We can cater to various dietary requirements; please consult your server for information and menu options. An allergen guide is available upon request, but we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free dishes due to kitchen conditions. All meat at Paro is halal, but kosher meat can be provided subject to request.

Groups and Gatherings

For group bookings of 8 or more, we require credit card details to secure the reservation. The card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation, in which case a £20 fee per person will be deducted.

Large Groups

We welcome celebrations and gatherings. For larger groups, including corporate, tour, and party groups, please head to the book now section of our website and select ‘group bookings’ where our general manager will look to accommodate you where possible. You can book up to 25 people on Sunday-Thursday via our regular ‘book now’ system without needing to get in touch with us, to make booking celebrations and gatherings as easy as possible.

Table Reservations

Your table reservation is allocated for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or 2 hours for groups of 6 or more. Please be mindful of this timeframe, as we may need to reassign the table to accommodate other reservations. Please note table allocation times are as follows. If you require longer on the table, please contact us via email so we can accommodate your request.

1-3: 90 minutes
